Equine therapies are a kind of horse-assisted therapies practiced alongside traditional therapies for rehabilitation purposes to treat a wide range of physical and mental disorders.
Physical benefits have been noted in a wide variety of applications, including problems with posture, balance and general dynamic coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. Also, equine therapy has shown to be more effective than conventional therapy in treating trunk and hip muscle asymmetries and in improving gross motor development in people with these types of difficulties, as the horse has the ability to replicate human locomotion when this is on top of the horse.
The lessons to learn how to ride a horse are personalized with a 60 minutes duration. They are comprehensive classes to learn how to ride a horse and how to handle them for their basic care and needs.
Children exercise outdoors, developing their balance and coordination. Empathy and responsibility are encouraged by having to take care of another living being. It promotes work and effort to achieve their goals.
Children who grow up interacting with horses are more sensitive to nature, learn to enjoy and respect it. In addition, having to take care of another living being fosters their empathy and sense of responsibility.

"My first contact with horses"
This is a space dedicated to the family, where together we share with the kindness of nature on the farm; it is a tour to learn a little about horses and interact with them, an experience of total interaction.
Where everyone can be part of the experience, look for the horses, make grooming, learn about their care and how to keep them healthy, learn about the different disciplines you can practice with them, ride a horse no matter what your riding experience is (All underage riders are required to wear a helmet to ride a horse; supplied by Tita Equestrian), after riding we may return to the barn to remove all accessories and return them to their corral with the rest of the herd where they live 90% of the time as it is the most mentally healthy environment for them.
